From humble beginnings over 30 years ago in 1977, Beekman Super Canopies has grown to a National Business holding 16% of the canopy market. In the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Northern Cape Beekman holds 35% of the canopy market.

The Beekman Brand has been well established and known for products of high quality and reliability. The canopy market is highly competitive. Beekman Super Canopies was recently acquired by a national listed company, which ensures financial stability and long term relationships.

We are one of the top three canopy producers in South Africa, with 8 depots and over 20 independent agents across the country.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

The company employs over 400 people. To ensure consistent levels of quality Beekman is proud of the training school that is accredited with MerSETA. Twice a year groups of 20 unemployed people are put through training in fibre-glass production processes, as well as life skills and personal finance. On qualification the relevant individual receives a MerSETA certificate. 70% of these individuals are employed in our factory. Not only does this continuously improve our quality but also uplifts local community.

The company currently has an array of 145 products available, across the whole spectrum of vehicles in the market: "We will put a top on anything!" We are also registered with and approved by all the major vehicle manufacturers namely, Toyota, Ford, Mazda, Nissan and GM.
